FESTIVAL PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
TICKETING PROVIDER & ATTENDEE AGREEMENT
North of Nowhere Music Festival (“the Festival”) is organized by Happy Epoch Entertainment Inc. Tickets(”Passes”) for the event are sold through a third-party ticketing provider, Showpass (“Showpass”), which operates via www.showpass.com. Showpass has its own set of terms and privacy policies, which apply to any ticket purchases made through its platform. Ticket buyers should review those policies to understand how their information is collected and managed.
In addition, please carefully read the following Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions, which apply to all tickets, whether purchased, gifted, won in a contest, or obtained through a promotion.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TICKET HOLDERS
BY PURCHASING OR POSSESSING A FESTIVAL TICKET, THE HOLDER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Attending the Festival is at the Holder’s own risk. By entering the event, the Holder acknowledges and assumes all potential risks, including but not limited to:
- Crowd-related hazards, including the risk of injury or damage due to security limitations or attendee behavior.
- Environmental and situational risks, such as unpredictable weather, natural events, alcohol or drug exposure, and possible acts of violence.
By accepting these risks, the Holder waives any claims against Happy Epoch Entertainment Inc. (“North of Nowhere”), event organizers, security personnel, performers, vendors, Showpass, and any affiliated individuals or companies. This release extends to owners, employees, contractors, and representatives associated with the Festival.
ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except where required by law.
If the Festival is rescheduled, the Holder’s ticket will remain valid for the new date, provided the event takes place within 12 months of the original schedule. If the event is canceled without rescheduling, the Holder may be eligible for an exchange to a comparable event as determined by festival management.
Tickets hold no monetary value beyond event admission and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Any tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers may be invalid.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS & EVENT RULES
Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates festival policies, including but not limited to:
- Disorderly or aggressive behavior.
- Offensive, abusive, or disruptive conduct.
- Failing to follow security or event staff instructions.
Being removed from the Festival for any of the above reasons does not entitle the Holder to a refund. The ticket serves as a revocable license, meaning North of Nowhere can deny access at any time, with or without refund, at its discretion. Attempting to resell tickets above face value, using automated purchasing methods, or violating ticket limits may lead to ticket cancellation.
RESTRICTIONS ON RECORDING & BROADCASTING
Attendees are prohibited from recording, broadcasting, or sharing professional-quality audio, video, or images of the Festival without prior authorization. Unauthorized filming, live streaming, or commercial use of event content is strictly forbidden.
CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA USE
By entering the Festival, the Holder acknowledges that they may be filmed, photographed, or recorded. The Holder grants North of Nowhere and its partners full rights to use their likeness, image, or voice in any promotional material, media content, or commercial broadcasts without compensation.
SECURITY & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All attendees must comply with security measures, which may include:
- Bag searches, vehicle inspections, and metal detection.
- Prohibited item policies, as determined by Festival security.
Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or removal from the event without a refund.
TICKET POLICY – NO REFUNDS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
Tickets are strictly non-refundable unless stated in these terms or required by law. Violation of any festival policies may result in ticket cancellation, removal from the event, or further legal action as deemed necessary by North of Nowhere.
